As usual Val performs with a host of all-star talent (Gerald McCauley, George Clinton, Gerald Albright, Frank McComb, Mindi Abair, Bootsy Collins and many more). My favorite selection is “Alright” it set the mood and let’s you know you are in for a treat. Val covers Jimi Hendrix “The Wind Cries Mary” and gives you a soulful rendition of that classic. “The Real” remix is an excellent groove to play when taking a cruise on a night out. This cd is kickin (I want to bring it in the house but I can’t seem to take it out of my ride). Keep doing what you do Val. Add this one to your collection.
